Products, Services and Payment

We offer digital products and startup workshop registrations. All purchases must be made in Indian Rupees through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay. Full payment is required before access to any digital product or workshop is granted. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Educational Purpose Only: All workshops and event content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on our site or at our events constitutes professional, financial, or legal advice
No Performance Guarantees: We make no promises or guarantees regarding results or outcomes from applying any information or strategies presented, even if the workshop is conducted by reputed experts or VCs.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on workshop content. Nextab Branding and its organizers are not liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of any information provided in our workshops or materials.

Shipping Policy

Digital Product Delivery

Nextab Branding offers only digital products and workshop/event registrations. We do not ship any physical goods. Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway (Razorpay), digital products will be delivered as follows:

Digital Products (e.g., templates, toolkits, brand assets): Access/download links will be shared via email within 15–30 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
Workshop/Event Registrations: Event access details (Zoom link or other platform login instructions) will be sent to your registered email address at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

If you do not receive your product or workshop access within the above timelines, please contact us at nextab@nextabbranding.com with your order ID.

Non-Delivery

If you have not received your digital product or workshop details after payment confirmation, please ensure:

Your email address was entered correctly.
The confirmation email did not land in your spam/junk folder.

No Physical Shipping

We do not offer or support physical product shipping. All services and products sold on our platform are digital in nature. Any mention of “shipping” on invoices or checkout pages refers only to the digital delivery of content

Returns and Exchanges Policy

No Returns or Exchanges. All sales of digital products and workshop/event registrations are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
